You can’t use more then one of the Starbucks $3/2 at a time (Limit 1 coupon per person stated on coupon) so the scenario you have would have to be done in separate transactions.
Instead, you could buy 4, use the $3/2 coupon, and then use the $2/2 coupon from 2/21 SS. If you did this in 2 separate transactions, it would get you to the 2,000 plenti points.
