Hi Tina I had this item and a few others that were household offers on my plenti app that I activated before shopping last night and it looks like I didn’t earn the points for them. Has this ever happened to you? Did I do something wrong?
Hi Beth. For some reason the household offers don’t show up on your receipt. If you log into your account online, you should see them there. If you don’t get them, I would contact customer service to see why they aren’t there. Hope that helps. 🙂
