Tina – is there a limit of 1 per transaction for the points? I purchased 2 boxes but only got 2000 points. 🙁

No. With points there are no limits like that. You can technically buy multiple and get all the points. The tag and ad says you get 2000 points for everyone you buy. So you should have received 4000 points. I double checked for you and here’s the store tag: https://screencast.com/t/bNp7jZuR
I would contact customer service number on your receipt. They can re-issue you those missing points.

This deal starts today 6/21. So you may have gone too early before the deal started. You can always go back to return and buy again. They will give you the difference for coupon back.
