I went to target. It was stated in this article that the mascaras were 4.49. That exact kind is what I bought. They were 4.99. I paid a total of 6.68 after coupons minus the 5.00 gift card =1.68. Still not bad. But not free. Do all stores have to have that mascara for 4.49? If so, do u think they will honor this article and give me my money back that they over charged?

I purchased some of the $4.49 ones yesterday and got the Gift Card. They were also signed at my store.
Did you try scanning the cheaper ones with Target app? Sometimes they aren’t signed for GC promotion but will trigger GC. Scanning it from the target app will let you know if its part of the GC promotion.

I purchased the $4.49 mascaras pictured above this morning, they weren’t signed at my store (none of the mascaras were) but I tried it anyway just in case. It did not trigger a gift card. Perhaps this deal is only regional?

How I will use 2 coupons covergirl eye if only I can use one per purchase???

This is a common questions for those who are new to couponing. “Limit 1 per purchase” refers to you can’t use 2 coupons on purchase of one item. But if you buy two items, you can use two coupons.
Purchase refers to the number of units you purchase.
What you’re thinking is “Limit 1 per transaction”. We see a lot of coupons like those as well.
