How do you apply the cartwheel online? I can’t figure it out 🙁

The process is a little confusing. So first go to Target app, and load the Cartwheel offer to your account. You can also do this on a computer. As long as you are signed into your account.
Then add the item into your cart under the “Free order pickup” section for in-store pickup. Make sure you are signed into the same account. Cartwheel and Target.com online purchases share the same login details. Then the cartwheel % off will come off your total when you pickup.
