Can anyone else print the coupons from Target.com. I have not been able to print the coupons for over a month now, I have called and talked to customer service and I still could not get it to work. Does anyone have any tips?

No Target does not issue cash back. It will apply to your cart IF your cashier doesn’t adjust your coupon down.
