I don’t think it is one coupon per transaction it is one coupon per item. I coupon at Cvs all the time and I use as many coupons (a coupon per item)

CVS only acept one cupon per transaction even if you buy 5 nail color they will only acept one coupon of 1,5 off ,

I’m pretty sure you can use a coupon per item. I coupon at Cvs all the time and I can use as many coupons (one per item with manufacturers coupon but you can also use o e manufacturers coupon and 1 cvs coupon On one utem). To have a better understanding you can go on the Cvs website.

At the very least they should accept 4 of the same coupon in one transaction as it states on the coupon itself. I personally did this deal several times over the past few weeks (minus the $5/15 of course) and each CVS I went to accepted 5 of the $1.50 coupons. If I were you I would ask to speak to a manager or travel to a different CVS. I’m super serious about my couponing so I’d even go as far as calling customer service and filing a complaint, but that part is up to you.
