Note #1: The $5 Gift Card did not trigger for me in this transaction. Again, I showed them a picture of the tags and they gave me $5 off instead. Clearance Finds:
- Check clearances in electronics. At my store there was a lot of smart phone cases and accessories on clearance. Between 50-70% off
- I found this Yurbuds wireless headphones for $29 (Reg $99). Total impulse buy. I need wireless headphones for the gym. I checked amazon from my phone and its being sold for like $89. So I got it.

Here’s the cool part! I had several $3 off $8 Oral Care CRTs (CVS coupons printed at Redbox machine). So I used the $3 on the colgate and oral-B. Our total final price for the two was $2.50. So after the $3 off CVS coupon makes them Free.
TIP: is to always scan your card at the redbox machine and hang on to those coupons, even if they expire. I use a little accordion for my cvs coupons.

Whenever an Extra buck doesn’t print right away and it’s signed at your store let the cashier know immediately. They can fix it right there, or you can return it. I’m not sure what happened 🙁 Bummer.

Just wondering about the moneymaker for the dog food at Target. The target coupon policy states -We do not give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item. so do they give gift cards or does that depend on the store you go to?
If the coupon isn’t adjusted down then the balance of the coupon gets applied to your cart. Target does not give cash back.
It’ll automatically put it to 0.0. Usually you would buy something else and use the “money maker” value towards the other item.
