Prices did not go up. They are still 17.99 for many designs but some are more expansive as u scroll down. Regarding the coupon code, this is a web buster. You can’t take extra discount or use any coupons on web buster items at Macy’s. Hope this helps. The price is till great though. I might get one for the spare room.
