Yeah that’s what happened to me because I had a 10 off $20 coupon I was trying to load. I reached out to chat, who was going to honor it for the 21.99 then she said it was a special price of 19.99 for sywr members bringing it to 19.99. I got disconnected but they needed up honoring it, I had 10$ in points making it 0.42
