Hello,
I just used my 10 percent off code for setting up a wish list for my kids thru the app. I was able to use both the 10 percent, 20 percent, 5 off 50 and additional 5 percent using my redcard. I believe the wish list 10 percent applies to other departments besides toys. I just used it for toys. You have to download the target wish list app, then set up an account and it gives you either a barcode, or promo code to use online. Happy Shopping!!
