If you’re curious how I structured the transactions:
- Transaction 1-6: I bought Hair Accessories $2 each. Used points to pay. Just paid $0.16 tax for each one. Ended up with Six $2 RRs. Total: spending $12 in points and getting back $12 in RR.
- Transaction 7: Six $0.99 Hallmark Cards and 4 almonds. Subtotal was $12.44. Then I used the six $2 RRs to pay. Since total for RR is $12. I paid just $0.44 for this transaction. Because the cards were suppose to trigger 6000 points, do not use points to pay. Total: Spending $12 in RR and $0.44. Getting back $6 in points. (Again, the points did not trigger, but manger force added the points)
- Transaction 8: Bought 2 batteries. Subtotal was $10.98. Used $10 in points to pay. Paid $0.98 in cash. Will submit for $8 rebate.
- Summary: Because I rolled with points, my total out of pocket was $1.42 + tax

Crazy about the Kleenex hand towels with the cartwheel. I have never seen a four pack so do they even sell one? Is there any way to contact Target about this and see if they will honor the one box 50% off? I really wanted them for .99!

My Walgreens refused to honor both deals on the almonds. The manager said the month promo is the 2 for $8 and this week they are bogo but the system won’t do both. I argued with him for a minute but he wasn’t caving. I may try chatting with customer service. The hallmark points didn’t trigger for me either, but he did force them.
