Hi Helen. P&G stands for Proctor and Gamble. It’s a couponing insert that comes with the Sunday paper. The other two numbers are dates. So that means the coupon is found in the P&G coupon booklet that came with the February 28th Sunday paper, and it expires on March 26th. Hope that helps. 🙂
