Tina, is there anywhere in the Target coupon policy which stated that we can use a coupon on the free item? My Target did not allow me to use the coupon on the free item and I have no proof to show them.
Hey. They don’t really address this issue other than saying you can’t use a printable coupon that is for a free item when there is no purchase requirement. Some stores allow you to use a coupon on a free item while other stores do not. Hope that helps. 🙂

Hey. That means to use 4 of those coupons. They came in the Smart Source coupon booklet that came with the March 20th Sunday paper. Hope that helps. 🙂
I’m confused–I thought Target didn’t allow overage.
Hey Kristen. Some stores will adjust the coupons down, while other stores do not. I always grab a filler item to absorb the overage. They won’t give you cash back so a filler item solves the problem. 🙂
