Hi Tina, I tried using the gift card for the same transaction but the employee told me i could only use the gc for further transactions but not for the item that awards the gc. Is this true?
Hey Pam- that’s correct. You would keep the gift card and use it in your next shopping trip. Some stores will allow you to do multiple transactions, but most stores will want you to use it on your next trip. Hope this helps!
