Which CVS is the tooth paste of Arm and hammer on sale for 3.99 because I’m looking at mine and they are 4.99. I looked online. Maybe it’s in the store instead online?

I am confused. How can they adjust the MFR Qs when they are getting full reimbursement for them? This has been frustrating me to no end! Especially when they adjust down bc of the GC promo?!? I have also noticed the computer will accept the q but then when I pay it says 0.00!?!
