It is charging me $1.95 shipping. It also keeps telling me “Please double-check your billing address and credit card information.” All is correct and I can’t buy it. Any suggestions?

You may want to double check the turn around time on TopCashBack. On their website they state that it takes two to three months to payout. If anyone has gotten a quick turn around, could you share?
