For the persil mail in rebate, does the total has to be $20 or could it be close to $20 like $19.98. I bought my persil without knowing there was such an offer. Also for he Lemi shine, my store does not have the giftcards promotion with it.

My Target will only accept one print at home Manufacture coupon per transaction. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard :/

Everytime I try to print the Persil coupons from coupons.com I get this error. “Oops! You caught us
adding more coupons.Please come back in a few minutes” I have been getting it all day. Any ideas how else I can print the coupons? I need them ASAP. Thanks!
