I tried this and right now they just posted .39 cents into my pending for the transaction. Worried…
Hi CB. The pending amount isn’t always the same as the final amount. As long as you followed the steps, you should get the full amount back. Hope that helps. 🙂

Just wanted to let you know, they did post the proper amount, $9.97 to pending; however, it says it is payable in “14 weeks”. Also, I have done two other transactions following all directions at different stores and they did not track. One was at office depot and the other at a different retailer online. I have used ebates for a few years and my transactions have always posted and I get an email almost immediately. I know you aren’t affiliated with Topcashback, but as a courtesy to your readers I wanted to share my experience. I was actually excited to try it out and possibly use them instead of ebates, but after these first few experiences I won’t use them again. I’m not going to take all the time to submit reports and try to get them to track the ones that didn’t. It’s just not worth that much of my time. I do hope I someday get the cash back they promised for signing up and doing the Cascade transaction.
Hi CB. I would contact their customer service to see why you didn’t get the money the first time. A lot of their freebies are for new accounts only, so if you’ve don’t multiple deals then you won’t get the cash back. Thanks for sharing your experience. I really appreciate it. 🙂
