How are you doing today? I went to Officedepot/OfficeMax and I did the penny deals. I also purchased 3 – pens, 1 – sharpie and 1 – Ticonderoga pencils. I used 3 -$.75 and $1.00 coupons, which my total have been under $4.00. However, my total was $8.35. I thought the total was high so I called Officedepot and spoke to the manager. He told me since I used coupons it lower total under $5.00 and that’s why the total is $8.35. He said you cannot stack coupons with this kind of promotion. I told him, that didn’t sound right to me. He told me I was suppose to only use one coupon per transaction. I thought I don’t think I will shop at your store because it defeats the purpose of using coupons. I told him it didn’t state this in the coupon policy. I didn’t say anything. He did say I could bring the items back and get a refund. I told him no, I will not shop there in future. Have a nice evening. Have you heard of this? This officedepot is located in the city where I work. I will try the one in my town.
