Ibotta can be selective with offers. Not all offers are the same on all accounts, unfortunately. BUT in this case, it looks like the offer expired early. I’ll go ahead to mark this as expired. Thanks for the headsup Erika!
This deal did not work for me. I loaded the ibotta rebates the night prior. Yesterday upon entering Target all my ibotta Rimmel rebates had mysteriously vanished. With coupons and Cartwheel this was still to be a good deal, so I proceeded. I intended to buy the exact products stated above from the big money maker except instead of the Kate lipstick I opted for Rimmel lip gloss. Not one coupon was accepted. Each time the cashier scanned one, it generated a message like, “Product does not match coupon. X. Return coupon to customer.” A manager was summoned, and the manager said if the system cannot scan the coupon, we cannot accept it. Fail. They lost a sale.
Argh! Target has gotten so hard! The ibotta looks to be expired early now too. I’ve marked this as expired.
This isn’t a smooth transaction. The coupons dont scan. Not all of the cartwheel applied to my transaction. I ended up paying 20 and change including tax. I did get the 24.00 from ibotta
Couldn’t you get five of each, use four printables, submit to ibotta five times, and submit for ecoupon cashback from coupons.com for the fifth item?
Yes! You can do that! 🙂 Just make sure all 5 items are bought on the same transaction for Ibotta.
Tina the coupon says only one coupon is redeemable per purchase so can is till use 4 coupons for eye product in a single purchase?
“Limit 1 per purchase” means limit 1 coupon per item purchased. So you can use more if you are buying more. This isn’t the same as “Limit 1 per Transaction or per Person” – which limits the use of 1 coupon even if you are buying multiple.
Within the cartwheel offer, it says limit 1 cartwheel barcode per transaction. Does it mean we could not do the moneymaking deal since we need 3 cartwheel barcode?
How Cartwheel works is you clip offers you want to your account. And each person’s account has one bar code. So you clip the offers you want and have them scan your one bar code at checkout. You can clip many different offers. The 50% off offer for example, it’ll apply to anything in your transaction up to 4 items for that offer.
