For scenario 4, will you still get the extrabuck rewards even though you’re spending $11.98 and not $12? I know at Rite Aid they will not let you get the rewards, you must spend the full $12.
Hi Liz, One of the perks of shopping at CVS is their 98% rule (applies at most stores). If you get within 98% of the threshold amount, it will still trigger the ExtraBucks. In this case, 98% of $12 is $11.76. As long as you spend more than that, you’ll get the EB’s. As I said, this is true at most CVS stores.
My CVS never heard of this rule unfortunately.
