I am having trouble finding a difference between the digital in app coupon and the March savings book coupon. Myom works there and said they are the same so we could only get them $11.99

Hey Usha, if you go to Walgreens site and then Coupons, do a search for Pampers. You’ll see the digital manufacturers coupon that expires on 3/31. You’ll also see the Monthly Savings Book coupon that expires on 4/7. Just click View Details on the coupon to see the difference.
