• CVS ExtraCare Coupon Center Coupons This Week (8/19 – 8/25) – What’s in the Redbox?

If you are a CVS shopper, the first thing to do when entering a CVS is to go the “Redbox Coupon Machine” and see what coupons are printing for you.  Simply enter your number or scan your ExtraCare card at the machine to get your personalized coupons printed.

The following is a list of coupons that printed for us this week. These are CVS store coupons and can be stacked with Manufacturer’s coupons.

If you are new to saving money at CVS, the “Redbox Coupon Machine” is officially called the ExtraCare Coupon Center. Some people also call it “Magic Coupon Machine”. New coupons are available every week for you to print. While a few of the coupons each week will be printing for everyone, most of the coupons from here will vary by account (different customers will see different coupons). They are personalized coupons based on your previous purchases.

These coupons that print from the Redbox Machine are also known by its nickname of “CRT” – which stands for “Cash Register Tape”.  You can also see and print some of these personalized CRTs from the CVS app (under “Deals & Rewards”) or from CVS.com here.

Tip #1: Some of the weekly CRT coupons have 7 days until it expires. The expiration date is based on the date you print them. So if you don’t plan to get to a CVS this week, it’s a good idea to print them on Saturday, so you have a longer time to use them.

Tip #2: Don’t do it just once. Keep scanning your card (or enter your number) at the Redbox until the machine says there are no more coupons for you. I typically see more coupons printing upon multiple scans of my card.

Very random question: can I use these coupons in conjunction with the in-app manufacture’s coupons?

      • 1.1

Hi Amanda! Yes! Coupons you get from the CVS Coupon Machine can be stacked with manufacturer coupons. Makes for some pretty awesome deals!

        • Hi can i ask what is the best app you can recommend for all coupons i have never done couponing and when im at the store the best option is my phone can you give me a the best one that may have coupons for almost all stores and will be able to work for most . are the cashiers able to scan from your phone?

          • Hi Liz! Many stores offer digital manufacturer coupons like Walgreens or Target. You can only use those at the stores that offer them. Just clip the coupons in the stores app and when checking out, scan your store card or your store app barcode so the coupons can be applied. Always make sure your coupons have been deducted by checking your receipt before you leave the store.
