I have been a member for a couple weeks they emailed me a survey to take and I qualified for the $25 reward. I just clicked on the link for the survey and answered the pre-qualifying questions. Once I submitted my answers the next page stated I qualified for the reward. Hope this helps someone. Thanks for the info Tina!
