Hey Anwar, you may want to contact Sam’s Club Customer Service either online or at your local store. If you go to your local store, be sure to take your receipt showing the $100 purchase.

This promo submit date was actually quite a bit ago so I’m not completely sure if you can still get the GC. You can try emailing jan-offer@clubgiftcardoffer.com with the receipt and see if they will get it to you. Hope this helps!
