Target coupons usually state a limit of one per customer. So, that is why I only use one in the scenario. Also, I think the personal care is a limit of one per day. 🙂

I believe that the L’Oreal Excellence Hair Color cant be combined with the gift card because target.com says that the $5 Gift card on the L’Oreal Excellence Hair Color ends on 6/13 which is the Saturday before this offer 🙁
Ah! Gotcha! On the sale’s tag, it said 6/20. So its possible they changed it on target.com. Fingers crossed. 🙂
