Stuffed Manacottie
10 shells (cooked)
1 pint of cottage cheese
1 bag of Parmesan cheese
1 pint of ricotta cheese
1lb of hamburger (browned)
salt & pepper
2 cans of tomato sauce
Italian seasoning to taste
Mix everything together and stuff shells
pour 1 can of tomato sauce over and cook 30 mins at 425 in oven.
Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs.
1 lb lean ground beef.
1/4 lb of Italian Saugage.
1/2 c Italian Bread Crumbs.
1/4 C Milk.
1 large egg.
1 small box of spaghetti noodles cooked.
1 C mozzarella cheese.
1/4 C Parmesan cheese.
Mix all ingredients and form into balls ( I use a small scoop ).
Place a small amount of oil and water in pan and cook on med until cooked through. Add one jar of your favorite pasta sauce. Sprinkle with some California Garlic salt and Italian seasonings.
Add your meat sauce to cooked spaghetti. Toss together and add the mozzarella cheese. Place in a sprayed pan and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese when you remove from the oven. Let set for 10 minutes. You can cut into pieces or serve it by scoop.
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 16 oz. bottle of Ken’s Norther Italian dressing (or whichever you prefer)
1 pound of spaghetti, cooked
vegetable of choice (I always use broccoli)
Parmesan cheese
Cooking Directions:
Cook the chicken in a skillet with the bottle of Italian dressing. Once done, remove the chicken and set aside. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan in the Italian dressing. Mix until the spaghetti is well coated. Once mixed, plate with chicken and vegetable. Sprinkle everything with Parmesan and serve.
