Is it just here in SD or do any of the Target stores around me carry the summer coupon booklet? Mercury and Balboa NEVER carry coupon books. Anyone know where I can score some?
The coupon booklets should be at all stores, however, if you live in an area saturated with couponers, they may take them and there aren’t any left at the store. 🙁
