For the 10 Bic Razor’s for $2.99 each. I have used the coupon for Wal-Mart and Target and they had to manually mark the razors down. Should it automatically do this when I check out?

Hi Choua! Some coupons are considered “high value” and will beep at the register. This is because the value of the coupon is higher than normal. This alerts the cashier to check to make sure the product has been purchased and the coupon is being used correctly. It’s normal for this to happen.
