I found similar ones listed for BOG3ECB, they rang up as $2.99, but didn’t produce the ECB. The manager honored it, even though someone had the wrong toothbrushes displayed. Thanks for posting this!

I think this is ynmv. The multi-pack extra clean toothbrushes with the $3 extravare rewards rung up at $4.99 at my CVS. Unless they ring up at $2.99 after you enter your card/phone number or something. But there were no signs indicating the $2.99 price either.
