On the Wet N Wild product, they have those pencils at the Judge Ely location (I am not sure if the other 2 Abilene locations carry them) for 99 cents each. I got 4 of them and used 2 $1 off 2 coupons from the paper but also had a coupon on my card through CVS that’s $1 off 2 Wet N Wild products.
So I was able to get 4 Wet N Wild Makeup Pencils free. I only spent 91 cents because I also did the Softsoap hand soap deal as well.

Hi Lin. It was on the bottom of page 11 of my local ad. Check your ad to see if it’s on sale. It could be a regional deal. Hope that helps. 🙂
