i did exactly 2 transactions on 1/24 at Rite Aid. The 2nd transaction, CAT only spited out $1.50 not $3.00 so the manager explained to me that the value might be up from $1.50 to $3.00 so they are not giving $3.00 then another $3.00 just $4.50 is the maximum they are going to give you.
The Catalina only printed me out a $1.50 coupon, not $3.00. I did The 2nd transaction and it printed out another $1.50.
