I just got an email saying my order was canceled , I called and the operator put me on hold and then told me it was canceled because a clearance item was purchased and it doesn’t qualify for the free sports bra or free panty .

Tina, the VS system says that the GETPLAYER code cannot be used with the free panty code. Also, I put exactly the bra you showed in the example and it still won’t go through, even as a stand-alone code (says it requires a ‘specific item’ in the shopping cart, but the item I have there is a Player Sports bra, so I don’t understand what the issue may be.) It said that customer service is not available because it’s late in the evening. So this totally did not work. Disappointed!
The only code that is working is the ‘free shipping with bra purchase’ code.
