I forgot I applied for one already so I clicked on it but its weird that it says shipping-$2. I didn’t have to do that. I’m wondering if its because they are limited to samples now and want to make sure people don’t take more than 1 sample.

I just wanted to bring it to everyone’s attention that the use of Ephedra was banned in the US. The side effects of using this product grossly outweigh the “benefits” of the product even if it is free. Now if you want to go ahead and get it, go for it – and right on! However, please read this.
From the WebMD:
“Do not take products that contain ephedra or its active ingredients. Ephedra is LIKELY UNSAFE for adults and children. Ephedra can cause severe life-threatening or disabling conditions in some people. Ephedra use is linked to high blood pressure, heart attacks, muscle disorders, seizures, strokes, irregular heartbeat, loss of consciousness, and death. These side effects might be more likely if ephedra is used in high doses or long-term. Doses greater than 32 mg per day might more than triple the risk for bleeding within the brain (hemorrhagic stroke). The risk for serious side effects seems to be greater than any potential benefit. Ephedra is banned in the U.S.”
Using it when drinking caffeine or alcohol is also highly unsafe.
I just wanted to put that out there as some insight for people who may get the free samples just because they are free (Yes, I am one of those). Having this lying around your home may be a risk for anyone, who again like me, has looky lou’s who might use anything they find within your home. Remember that the best way to lose weight is to put healthier foods (which have no side effects) into your system. Safe shopping everyone! Love you all.
