Hi Tina, so I was having trouble yesterday trying to do this deal. I used the coupon and it didn’t print the register rewards for me, so my manager returned it and he said I can’t use a coupon if I am receiving register rewards. Is that true?
No that is not true. It must be something wrong with either their catalina machine, or something is glitching with the offer.. since several people have reporting having this issue.
I did test this offer, used a coupon and got my RR. So I know it can work. And the manager doesn’t know what he’s talking about. 🙂 Check your ad, if its advertised then you should get the RR regardless if you use coupons or now.
You have two options:
1. Contact the catalina company and submit a claim.
