Target currently has an offer for Buy One Get One 50% Off on Halloween Candy, so if you haven’t stocked up yet this is a great time to shop. Since everyone has different candy preferences, the winners will receive their prize in the form of a $20 Gift Card to spend at Target on the treats of their choice!
