Well being single mom, my boys are split between 3 families but one tradition we do together is we have my mom and brothers come while my kids are home and we decorate the tree, we have a good lunch and we play hide the pickle and choose what we are thankful for and what we want to do – keep the gift from the pickle or pick a charity to donate (resources or time) to in the following year.
In the spirit of giving back, we participate in toy drives every year. We take our son to go and pick out the toys. Los Angeles, CA
