Hi! I have a question… I have a 30% for personal care in CVS excludes sale items.. so does it mean that its not applicable to items that can get ECB when you purchased it? thank you in advance…
Hi Cathy. If in only excludes sales items then you should be able to use it on any items that are regularly priced whether they give ECBs or not. Hope that helps. 🙂
