I went to Target last Friday and was told if I’m getting a gift card back for buying an item, that I could no longer use a coupon on that item. I had to chose one or the other. Just wondering if you have heard this before?

is this still as good of a deal if you mix 2 cottonelle and 2 viva? I have 1/$1off cottonelle and 1/.075 off cottonelle and 2/$2 off viva…still get $10 Target GC, but no catalina coupon, is that right?
