Hi Susan. “One coupon per purchase” means that you can use one coupon per qualifying item that you purchase. It does not mean that you can only use one coupon total. Hope that helps. 🙂
Purchase is different from transaction. If the cashier says that you can only use one per transaction, try helping them understand the difference by saying “how many items am I purchasing?” I run into this a lot.
