Yes it can. It’s a manufacturers coupon that can be accepted anywhere coupons are accepted. if the cashier gives you a hard time, just point out its a manufacturer’s coupon and the coupon doesn’t say “redeemable only at walmart”
CVS’ coupon policy states “CVS/pharmacy will not accept third party manufactuers’ coupons with another retailer’s logo.”
Some stores do accept those with another store’s logo on it, but most won’t.
