I had a confirmed order at 5:30pm âŚ.and at 11pm they CANCELLED my order. I spent an hour online chatting with customer service and they finally agreed to reinstate my order, but then told me my items were out of stockâŚ. BUT I had confirmed on the phone with my Kmart that the shoes were there and would be ready for pick up first thing in the morning. The order was cancelled after my Kmart had already been closed for an hour. âŚso the shoes should still be there right?? I couldnât get Customer Service to leave a message for the store to get first thing in the morning, explaining the situation and reinstating my order. đ
