I’m recently having problems rolling my shopmyway points. I tried this deal but then it doesn’t show that I will get x points back after purchase. Normally it’ll show me how many points i’ll get back after purchase. Is there something I’m missing or don’t know about this reward system? Please help me understand. Thank you!!
Hi Vanessa. I’m not quite sure about this. I contacted customer service and asked them about it and they said that you can always redeem and earn points in the same transaction, but I have had the same problem as you with not getting points back. It should tell you before you finalize your purchase how many points you will get back. Hope that helps. 🙂
