I ordered 2 cases. When I picked them up it was 2 cans. I showed the customer service woman my invoice that showed (2) 12 can cases. She said there’s no way she was giving me 2 cases for $4. I told her they should honor it but whatever. Took her 35 mins to refund my $4.

Went to pick my order up, and they would not honor it. Corporate said it was a glitch, and up to each store what they wanted to do. So with no choice, I got a refund. I don’t understand how a store could override a purchase made online. Needless to say I will never buy anything online from them again, knowing it could be turned down at the store even after confirmation.

I bought 2 orders yesterday and picked up right after work with no problems. Then, this morning I got an email from Walmart saying I was refunded $0.72 for each and did not give a reason. So, I ended up paying $1.40 for each making it $2.80 for 24 cans!!! Thanks for sharing this awesome deal!!!

went to Walmart to pick up my 8 12pk’s. They had 8 “cans” for me to pickup. They would not honor my order Spent an hour there waiting on Managers and they still would not honor it , said they don’t even stock a 12 pack of the Iams. Left with store mangers number to call on this morning. Do they have to honor the order?

Yeah I bought 2 of these and it said they had them in stock and about 30 mins later Walmart cancelled my order saying out of stock.
