Hey An, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. When I first did this, I didn’t get the 2000 points right away. I had to file a “contact us” ticket from the app and a rep fixed my account.
For the Fetch app, how do you know the % back you’ll get for each brand you buy? I’ve been using the Fetch app for a while and still not sure how to determine how much I’ll get back for each brand. For example the breakdown says I’ll get back 50% for buying St Ives body wash.
Hey Bobbie, you don’t always know until after you have submitted your receipt. It’s always best to just go ahead and scan any receipt to see if you earn points.
