Target Shoppers: Have you seen the latest update to the Target Coupon Policy? Changes were made today! The biggest change is that the policy now explicitly states that overage will not be applicable towards other items in the transaction.
Target’s Policy now says:
“We do not give cash back nor do we apply any overages to the remaining items in the transaction if the value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item.”
